There
are few things in our world that we can not choose. These are: our body,
historical epoch and the country we were born, also our parents, events of our
early childhood. Choosing all other things is depended on our decisions.
Choosing right profession is the most responsive and destiny determinative
choice. Nowadays there are numerous professions in the world. The question “to
be, or not to be…” is no longer actual, as the following question arises –
“being a person of which profession?”
The research we conducted has
shown that the modern education should take into consideration the necessity of
solving some incompatibilities:
-incompatibilities between
schoolchildren’s demands and possibilities, it means that they are not able to
satisfy the interests connected to the choosing right career, as they do not
have relevant knowledge of professions, their own skills and the description of
the existing careers;
-not having awareness between
schoolchildren’s personal skills and the demands necessary for specific
professions;
-professional
self-determination of schoolchildren and the existence the information about
the perspectives of the chosen career in our modern labour exchange and so on…
To solve the
above issues it is necessary to have the possibility of schoolchildren’s professional
self-determination by pre-professional preparation and with the help of
teaching.
The problem of the research: how are the
conditions of professional self-determination formed during the teaching
process.
The process of solving these problems
defined the way of our research “Difficulties in Choosing Profession”.
The aim of the research: creating school multimedia electronic tool to define schoolchildren’s
professional orientation “Schoolchildren’s handbook”.
The object of the research: professional
self-determination of schoolchildren.
The subject of the research: the
formation of schoolchildren’s professional self-determination in the process of creating school
multimedia electronic tool.
The
hypothesis of the research:
Eliciting today’s pedagogical theories and practical approaches, that
help schoolchildren to choose future profession;
Elicited and regarded factors, which influence on making professional
choice by schoolchildren.
The aim of the research and the formulated hypothesis showed us the necessity of solving the following problems:
Exploring and describing the problems connected to choosing profession
by schoolchildren;
Investigating the factors affecting the professional self-determination
of schoolchildren;
Introducing high demand jobs in
Georgia;
Introducing high demand jobs and
perspective careers in recent years;
Introducing the definitions of new
professions;
Methodical recommendations of
writing private resume;
Forming responsible attitude
towards choosing profession on the basis of knowing themselves and getting
information about professions existing in our world;
Creating appropriate conditions for
teenagers to promote their professional self-determination
independently with the help of school multimedia electronic handbook.
In order to
conduct our research we have chosen the theoretical method: (reviewing,
analyzing and synthesizing the literature about the problems of
schoolchildren’s self-determination).
Location of the research: public schools in Dedoplistskaro, social
networks.
The participants of the research: 230 pupils of the grades 10 and 12.

ჩვენ მიერ
ჩატარებულმა კვლევამ აჩვენა, რომ თანამედროვე განათლება უნდა ითვალისწინებდეს რამდენიმე შეუთავსებლობის მოგვარების
აუცილებლობას:
-უფროსკლასელთა მოთხოვნებსა და
შესაძლებლობებს შორის შეუთავსებლობა, რაც იმაში გამოიხატება, რომ ისინი ვერ
იკმაყოფილებენ პროფესიის არჩევასთან დაკავშირებულ ინტერესებს, რადგან არ გააჩნიათ
შესაბამისი ცოდნა პროფესიების, საკუთარი თავისა და პროფესიული საქმიანობის შინაარსის
შესახებ;
- უფროსკლასელთა
პიროვნულ შესაძლებლობებსა და ადამიანისადმი პროფესიის მიერ წაყენებულ მოთხოვნებს შორის
გაუთვითცნობიერება ;
- უფროსკლასელთა
პროფესიულ თვითგარკვევასა და არჩეული პროფესიის თანამედროვე შრომის ბირჟაზე პერსპექტიულობის
შესახებ ინფორმაციის არსებობას შორის და
ა. შ.
ზემოთ
ჩამოთვლილი შეუსაბამობის აღმოსაფხვრელად აუცილებელია უფროსკლასელთა პროფესიული თვითგანსაზღვრის ფორმირების
შესაძლებლობა წინმსწრები პროფესიული მომზადებისა და სწავლების დახმარებით.
ჩვენი
კვლევის პრობლემა: როგორია პროფესიული თვითგარკვევის ფორმირების
შესაძლებლობის პირობები სწავლების პროცესში.
ამ პრობლემის
გადაჭრის გზების ძიებამ განსაზღვრა ჩვენი
კვლევის მიმართულებაც «პროფესიის
არჩევის სირთულე».

ახდენს უფროსკლასელის პროფესიული არჩევანის

უკეთ შეცნობისა

არსებულ პროფესიებზე ინფორმაციის მიღების

კვლევის მიზნისა
და ამოცანების რეალიზებისათვის გამოვიყენეთ შემდეგი მეთოდი: თეორიული (მოსწავლეთა პროფესიული თვითგარკვევის პრობლემებზე
დაწრილი ლიტერატურის გაცნობა, ანალიზი და სინთეზი)

კვლევაში მონაწილეობა მიიღო მე-10-მე-12 კლასების 230 მოსწავლემ
